Gloo Holdings, Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results

BOULDER, Colo., September 09, 2026 - Gloo Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: GLOO), a technology platform built for the faith and flourishing community, reported financial results for its second quarter of fiscal 2026, covering the period ended July 31. The company also provided guidance for the third quarter and raised its full-year revenue forecast to $200 million.

Revenue for the second quarter came in ahead of internal expectations, driven by steady demand across its software and connection tools. The company did not disclose a net income figure in the summary release, but management pointed to improved operating leverage and continued discipline on spending. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter also exceeded the midpoint of the company's prior outlook.

"We saw solid execution across the board, with healthy growth in both subscription revenue and engagement from our core user base," said a company spokesperson. "The raise in our full-year guidance reflects confidence in the momentum we are carrying into the back half of the year."

For the third quarter ending October 31, 2026, Gloo expects revenue in a range that implies continued sequential growth, with adjusted EBITDA margins staying roughly flat. The updated full-year revenue target of $200 million marks an increase from the previous forecast, which had called for a lower figure.

The company's platform connects churches, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations with tools for communication, data, and relationship management. Gloo has been expanding its partner network and adding features aimed at helping local leaders streamline their operations. Shares of Gloo were up in after-hours trading following the announcement.
